I was leary about this because my past experience. I am so glad I able to work with southern appearance. He was very professional and was detailed about his work from beginning to end. This photo is after cleaning. If you look at the photo for comparison, my house is too the right my neighbors to the left. My house looked worse than my neighbors before it was cleaned. I am very happy with the results.

I can't say enough good things about Southern Appearance, LLC! This is the second time we have used them and we have been extremely satisfied each time. Tiffani is very friendly, professional, and courteous. Today, while cleaning our gutters, James removed an accumulation of twigs, as well as some larger branches from the recent storm, off of our porch roof, didn't charge us extra for it, and even picked them up and disposed of them afterwards. They definitely deliver "Above and Beyond" service!

This is a very nice company to deal with! Some of the other companies I was considering for house washing never even got back to me with an estimate so I like how their website has the option to book online and then you choose the date and time. They are very thorough and good at communicating. They want to know if you have any specific issues on the house that need to be addressed and when they've completed the work they want you to see it to make sure you're happy.

James answered my call and fit us in quickly. He was friendly (and didn’t mind our giant jumping dog) and most importantly, the windows are spotless!! They are almost too clean-now we can see all the work we need to do outside!! Very reasonable price for excellent work.

I contacted Southern Appearance through Yelp, and they responded immediately to my inquiry. Being new to the area, I was relieved to find Tiffani and James to be very patient and understanding with all of my questions. They came out to give an estimate the next morning, which was a huge plus right off the bat considering the other companies we had called never even showed up. The quoted price was very fair, and they were able to book us right away. James came the next day and did a great job washing the exterior of our house, our porches, our concrete and both the interior and exterior of our windows. The house had sat vacant for quite a while before we moved in, so this job was no small feat. We will definitely be using Southern Appearance in the future.

I scheduled an appointment to get my house pressure washed on Monday for the same week on Thursday at noon. I received a prompt confirmation text from Southern Appearance. On the day of I received a text from Mr. James Chapman at 10:33 asking if he could arrive early to start pressure washing my residence to which I agreed. Mr. Chapman showed up 10 minutes later to my home and acted with respect to the pandemic we are currently experiencing by backing up 6 to 10 feet after he rang the doorbell. He introduced himself and answered any questions I had and then he went to work. I would have to say I would recommend this company and Mr. Chapman specifically to pressure wash anyone's home that I know, he is very courteous and thorough with his job.

What can I say? I called them and I had an estimate the same day and a service call within 2 days. My gutters were so filled with pine straw…..the last big rain, I was sweeping water off my back porch. It is due to rain tomorrow and I am just so very glad they were able to get my gutters done so speedily. Great job guys!

I called when the window given to me was over and James was super apologetic and came over immediately after the job he was on. He was so fast, effective, and the price is so good, it totally overshadowed the delay (which only ended up being 1/2 an hour or so)! We tried a few companies to get our house cleaned and people wouldn't respond or would just give us the run around. I booked Southern Appearance in 5 mins and they had availability that week! My mom had this to say about Southern Appearance: It was "Holiday clean-up/fix up" time for me. Before doing anything I realized my home needed to be pressure washed first. I was not sure whom to call or if they could come on short notice. Based on reviews I called Southern Appearances LLC. I was surprised when he said someone could come this afternoon at 1:00 p.m. James Chapman texted prior to coming to confirm appointment and called when he was on his way to my home. He was timely and professional. He came to pressure wash the house but noticed that the sidewalk, driveway, patio and pavers would benefit from pressure washing. I was skeptical, and asked "Will you he able to complete all of that this afternoon?" He explained that he was efficient. We agreed on a price for the additional work and he began working. He was indeed very efficient. The brick, siding, windows, patio, sidewalk and driveway all look excellent. During the post walk around check my husband and I discovered he also cleans roofs. We requested this service also, since the roof needed it and it was still daylight. This was done safely and efficiently as well. Southern Appearance really made an appearance at our house yesterday! James has really got a good thing going with his business and once you talk to him you’ll know why. He is so nice, respectful and professional. His work is top notch and he pays attention to little details and takes care of your property. He put a tarp over some things to keep them from getting wet, he made sure the cleaning solution was rinsed off so there was no damage to plants, he made sure I was 100% happy with the work before he shut down his equipment. This was after he had walked around and looked over the job to be sure he was happy with it himself. That shows that he also cares about the success of his business! We have had our house pressure washed before with other companies and it was an all day ordeal but not with Southern Appearance! The job was done and done well and it only took a little more than an hour. All of his equipment is contained on his truck and all I had to do was give him access to a water faucet! I’m so proud to have the house so nice and clean! The whole experience was great and I’m looking forward to giving him a call next year!!
James is an incredibly talented fence maker and an equally hard worker with a great work ethic. He built a 120 feet long fence with a gate and did it in a day plus a little more preparation time. The finished product is truly a work of art, beautiful and yet very sturdy. He was very respectful of our property and had to be coaxed to back his trailer through the gate to our yard for fear he might damage the grass (which he did not). I encourage anyone who reads this review to use his services. I recommend him without any reservation. Thank you, James, for a job well done.

This family run business is awesome! My grandmothers house has not been pressure washed in over 15years and the cement slab was black. He was on time, knowledgeable and reasonable. His wife is also on point and keeps communication open. The next day my spigot fell off my hose due to rust and he rushed out to cut the water off and fixed it for free although it WAS NOT his fault. He also put a screw in my porch when asked! My house and drive way look beautiful 😍
I had a vision for our “forever fence” to replace our 18 year-old prefab panel system that was rotted beyond repair. I wanted beefier materials, more structural stability and a unique, simple design. Our yard stays wet, so I researched a no-dig method of installation using galvanized post anchors. James didn’t blink! It was a pleasure experience. They have automated their order intake process. You literally can get your appointment done with a phone in matter of seconds. James showed up early and went beyond what I expected. When the job was done, I can tell the big difference. Received a response after normal business hours and within minutes of submitting. Arrived the following day and was able to remove a large gas stain that was allowed days to soak into the asphalt infront of my house. He even returned the next day to treat it again just to make sure. Attempted cleaning it myself multiple times and didn't put a dent in it prior to scheduling. If cleanliness is next to godliness, then James Chapman is basically the Pope of pressure washing. Southern Appearance Pressure Washing has come to my house multiple times, and each time, James somehow manages to blast away years of dirt, grime, and my poor life choices (at least the ones that stuck to the siding). I don’t know what kind of wizardry he’s using, but by the time he’s done, my house looks like it just got back from a spa retreat. He shows up on time, gets to work, and doesn’t leave until every speck of filth is running for its life. Our house was quite dirty with mold in hardy plank joints, and some very dirty windows. Jimmy and helper went around our house a number of times, without being told, to make sure that every piece of mold was gone and windows were sparkly clean. When they were done, our house looks bright and shiny I highly recommend.

This was the third time I've had Southern Appearance clear my roof from hurricane debris. Just like last time James arrived on time and got right to business. I wasn't even home when he started. Got up on the roof, where I refuse to go, blew all the pine needles off. Got into all the gutters. Cleaned up all the pine needles that were blown off. I have nothing left to do. I will definitely continue to have him out on a regular basis.
